Founder subscription terms

Specific terms for the annual Founder offer, supplementing the terms of use.
Price and renewal
The planned offer costs EUR 39.99 per year including tax, with no trial. It renews annually until cancelled; Stripe handles payment, invoices and receipts.
Activation
Founder access is granted only after Stripe confirms a valid payment. Creating a Checkout session grants no rights and does not reserve the offer.
Cancellation and rights
Renewal can be managed through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues to the paid period end unless a refund or legal rule applies. Withdrawal, refund and guarantee rights will be finalised in legal review and will never be limited below mandatory law.
Offer closure
TradeArena may stop accepting new Founder subscriptions. Closing new sales does not by itself alter existing subscriptions or renewals.
