These terms govern access to TradeArena and its private simulated-investing leagues.
Service and age
TradeArena is an educational game using virtual money only. It does not execute real investments or provide financial advice. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
Account and security
You are responsible for securing access to your identity provider. You may not sell or transfer an account, abuse automation, evade limits, harm others or break the law.
Leagues and market data
Rules fixed when a league starts remain immutable. Market data can be delayed, unavailable or corrected and must not be used to trade real money.
Content and moderation
Names and avatars must respect other people and third-party rights. TradeArena may remove content, restrict features or close accounts in response to abuse, fraud or security risk.
Availability and liability
The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or external reasons. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
