Privacy policy

Technical draft pending legal and privacy review before production.
This policy explains which data TradeArena processes, why it is used and the controls available to users.
Data processed
We process account identifiers, verified email, profile, preferences, league activity, private simulated portfolio data, security audit records, subscription status and strictly necessary technical data. We do not store full card details.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to provide the service, authenticate users, maintain security, answer requests, perform contracts and legal duties, and send transactional messages. Final legal bases and retention periods require legal review.
Recipients
The planned service uses Auth0, Vercel, Google Cloud, Neon, Stripe, Resend and Imprify; Firebase will support iOS push. Each provider is restricted to its role and must pass the contractual and DPA gate before production.
In-game privacy
Simulated financial amounts, positions and movements only appear in their owner’s private portfolio. Leagues are private and cannot be publicly enumerated.
Retention and rights
You can export or request deletion from Account. Some security, billing or financial-integrity records may be retained for the applicable legal period. Contact tradearena.tech@gmail.com to exercise access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability rights.
Transfers and controller
The controller’s full identity, retention periods, international transfers and supervisory authority will be completed and validated before production opens.
